Hello to all our readers including Traders, Investors, Analysts, and others!!!!

Tesla Inc.'s stock rose on Thursday after the electric-vehicle manufacturer reported its largest quarterly profit to date. The stock finished the day up $31.58, or 3.2 percent, at $1,008.78 per share. Shares reached a high of $1,092.22 earlier in the session, up over 12%, before falling along with the rest of the market. Stocks in the United States fell Thursday, erasing gains made earlier in the day, as a selloff in government bonds gained traction. This year, investors have had to evaluate evidence of robust economic growth against concerns that the Federal Reserve may tighten monetary policy too rapidly, potentially tripping up markets. Many credit stocks have had a tremendous run in recent years, thanks in part to exceptional levels of monetary support from central banks. The future of e-commerce may be on its way to a mall near you. Wayfair, W -4.50 percent which suffered a drop in active customers last year, is reinvesting in the physical world by opening three brick-and-mortar stores in Massachusetts this year.

StockXpo's Diversification Strategy

Companies often think about diversification when they reach a certain point in their development. Igor Ansoff identified diversification as one of the four main growth strategies in 1957, and it allows companies to look at other markets or new products to expand their reach and revenue.

Diversification aims to smooth out unsystematic risk occurrences in a portfolio by ensuring that the positive performance of some investments balances out the negative performance of others. Only if the securities in the portfolio are not completely correlated—that is, if they react to market factors differently, frequently in opposing ways—does diversification pay off.

If you are following all strategies and watchlist – here is the recommendation for the StocXpo diversification Strategy-

  • SELL(CYBE,ASRT,BVN,SPWH,DDL)
  • HOLD(QCRH,BCBP,EQNR,ATER,INSE)
  • BUY(CDEV,SPWH,SWX)
